1 Bedroom Apartments (800 sq ft) Starting at $1075 - $1125

2 Bedroom 1 Bath (1100 sq ft) Starting at $1125 - $1175

2 Bedroom 1 ½ Bath (1100 sq ft) Starting at $1175 - $1250

We allow both cats and dogs.  

*weight and breed restriction apply

-Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate for water of $55-$65 based on apartment size

-Electric & Gas are individually metered

-Sewer & Trash paid by owner

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

-Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

-We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
